What's the real minimum?
Digital print runs from a single pair — send us the artwork and we'll quote the one-off. Tier pricing starts at 30 pairs. Jacquard is different: artwork has to be redrawn as a dot matrix and it only makes sense from roughly 200 pairs.
What files can I send?
AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or a 300-dpi PNG/JPG. No file? A sketch or a written idea is enough — our designers draft it free.
How fast is it, really?
A physical sample is off the machine within 3 days. After you approve it, production is about 3 days and air freight roughly 7 — around 10 days to your door.
Do prices include shipping and duties?
Yes. Every price here is DDP — express freight and import duties are already in the per-pair number. Nothing is added at checkout and nothing is owed at the door.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes, and we recommend it. The sample is free: we knit a real pair, photograph and film it, and send it to you on WhatsApp — we do not post the sample itself, which is what keeps it free and fast. The run waits until you have seen it.
How do I pay?
30% deposit to start production. On shipping day we send photos of the finished socks and the courier label with your tracking number on it — you settle the balance after seeing both, and it goes out the same day. Checkout takes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna; bank transfer can be arranged for larger runs — just ask.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Yes. Private label, woven wrap labels, printed sleeves and gift boxes are all available — pick them in the order builder.
What about artwork I don't own?
You confirm at upload that the design is yours or licensed to you. We decline artwork that copies a third party's character or logo outright — but our designers will happily draw you an original in the same spirit.
