Deleting your data.

Last updated: August 2026

You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time. This page says how to ask, what goes, and what has to stay.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my data. Tell us how to find you — your order reference (it looks like TV-260805-123), the email address you ordered with, or the WhatsApp or Messenger name you spoke to us under.

You can also just say it in the chat thread where you have been talking to us. We would rather you used whichever is easier than not ask at all.

We aim to reply within one business day and to finish within 30 days.

What we delete

The conversation, your artwork and any mockups made from it, your contact details, and the notes our salespeople wrote about the enquiry.

What has to stay

If you have paid us, the record of that payment stays: the amount, the date, the order number, and the address it shipped to. Accounting and tax rules require it and we cannot delete it on request. We will tell you exactly what was kept rather than quietly keeping it.

Payments themselves are held by Stripe and PayPal, not by us — deleting our copy does not delete theirs. Ask them directly for that.

If you contacted us on WhatsApp or Messenger

Deleting a chat on your own phone removes your copy, not ours. Ask us and we will delete our copy of the thread and anything we imported from it into our own system.
